Different Cultural Rules

Every culture views the world slightly differently with its own set of rules on how to act and behave. For example, is it a sign of friendliness to use first names immediately when introduced or is it disrespectful? does it really matter if we are 5mins late?

In order to interact appropriately with people from a broad range of cultures we need to be aware of and consider these differences.

Cultural awareness training develops the knowledge, expertise and skills to manage cultural differences.
Training is available for managing or working with different cultures or to understand and adapt to a different culture.
